Desert-Touch-Gaze

Hi Ari

A moon ago I was at the desert, my home is close to this magical place. I did a camp in the land of a man who does not know how to read or write but has had 13 children and he fed them all by working the land and goats. I hear him speak and I am impressed with all the truth that is in his word because this man knows about life, not the factory of ego or characters of the city but the true life that can make grow 13 children growing the food. He asked me if I had a boyfriend and I told him that now, I didn't want to put so much attention on that now and he told me that having family or being in love makes you do what you have to do, that illusion serves to put your energy to walk, to wake up even when you are tired.

I felt the echo of what you wrote in your last letter in this voice, I really enjoyed reading about the size of sadness.

I was was watching when the moon begins to touch the earth with its light and paints the entire desert of the same color , in a same hug and, I sowed the feeling that I truly want to have a family and be in touch whit this moon light also,

but... there is something locked in my heart and I feel I can't open my heart to another person with ease.

I feel that there is a work of self-love that I previously can to do.

I mean some kind of working as a practice, as a training, some kind of work is not mesure.

My hands are always cold for example , maybe is related with the blocked energy of my blood channel that comes from heart, so I taking special attention on my hands in my day, I try to keep warm in them and when it´s sun I try to feel this light enter on my trough my hands.

I think touch is related to the energy of the heart, skin really connects us with the world

Also the work with the skin of my pupils, as in caressing my reflection with the skin of my pupils, like “pure love through my self”
